Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Runtym Studios website ("the Site") or by engaging us for design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or engage our services.

2. Services

Runtym Studios provides design services including but not limited to: packaging design, brand identity, Amazon A+ Content, Amazon listing design, social media design, and graphic design (collectively, "Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement will be agreed in a separate project proposal or statement of work.

3. Quotes & pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Quoted prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or third-party fees (e.g. stock imagery, print costs).
• A 50% deposit is required before work commences on most engagements. The remaining 50% is due on project completion or per the agreed milestone schedule.
• Rush projects may incur an additional 25% fee.

4. Revisions & scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the relevant package or proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be billed at an hourly or per-revision rate, agreed in advance.

Significant scope changes — such as a change in product format, the addition of new SKUs, or a brief pivot mid-project — will be treated as a new project or scope amendment and may require an updated quote.

5. Intellectual property

• Upon receipt of full payment, all final approved design files become the property of the client.
• Runtym Studios retains the right to display the work in its portfolio, on social media, and in case studies unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
• Working files (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign source files) are delivered on request and on full payment.
• Stock photography, fonts, or third-party assets used in the design remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Print & production

Runtym Studios delivers print-ready files but is not responsible for print production unless explicitly agreed in writing. Where we coordinate directly with your printer, we will pass through any printer fees at cost and document them transparently.

7. Cancellation & refunds

• If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If Runtym Studios cancels a project, any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Runtym Studios is happy to sign mutual NDAs on request, before any project details are exchanged.

9. Liability

Runtym Studios' total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Privacy Policy

This section explains how Runtym Studios collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

11.1 Information we collect

• Information you provide: Name, email address, phone number, project details, and files you submit via our contact or quote forms.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source — used in aggregate for site analytics.
• Live chat data: Conversations conducted via our Tawk.to live chat widget. See Tawk's own privacy policy for how they handle this data.

11.2 How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry or quote request.
• To deliver the services you've engaged us for.
• To send transactional emails relating to your project (invoices, deliverables, status updates).
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

11.3 Data retention

We retain inquiry and project data for as long as is necessary to provide the services and to comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@runtymstudios.com.

11.4 Third-party services

• FormSubmit.co — used to deliver contact form submissions to our email. Their privacy policy applies.
• Tawk.to — provides our live chat functionality.
• Google Fonts — typography served via Google's CDN.
